Voting Instructions: Shareholders as of December 18, 2025, are eligible to vote in one of four ways:
(1) Visit www.proxyvote.com and have your proxy card in hand when you access the website and follow the instructions to obtain your records and create an electronic voting instruction form
(2) Call 1-800-690-6903 and have your proxy card in hand when you call and then follow the instructions
(3) Vote by mail using the proxy card and postage-paid envelope provided
(4) Vote in person at the live meeting
